Welcome to the official website for Caribbean Attorneys Network, Inc. CAN is a professional organization that grew out of a need for a networking group for lawyers, law students, and legal professionals of Caribbean descent to share our unique backgrounds, goals, and initiatives. CAN is an award-winning organization that was founded on June 20, 2014. CAN's aim is to educate, uplift, and give back to the Caribbean diaspora all while having a good time. We hope that you find our content and events dynamic and engaging and you too will want to be a part of CAN's growth as we may be from MANY ISLANDS but we all have ONE VISION.

Founder & Board of Directors
Moya O'Connor is the Founder & CEO of Caribbean Attorneys Network, Inc. since its inception in June 2014. She represents Jamaica, and she is a Partner at Kahana Feld, LLP, focusing on general liability defense.
RICARDO SALMON, ESQ.
Co-Founder
Ricardo Salmon is the Co-Founder of CAN. He represents Jamaica and is Assistant General Counsel for Healthcare Risk Advisors, Inc. and an Adjunct Professor for Post University.
SIMONE ARCHER, ESQ.
Board Of Directors
Simone represents Jamaica, and she is an Administrative Law Judge for the NYC Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings. She also is the Managing Partner of the general practice firm Archer Law, PLLC.
JELLISA GRANT, ESQ.
Executive Board Member
Jellisa represents Jamaica, and serves as a Court Attorney for in Brooklyn Family Court.
CASSANDRA CHARLES, ESQ.
Executive Board Member
Cassandra serves as CAN's Communications Chair. She represents Haiti and is a Staff Attorney for the National Immigration Law Center.
MELANIE HEADLEY, ESQ.

Melanie represents Guyana, and she is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Headley Law Group focusing on real estate and housing law.
PHILLIP PIERRE, ESQ.

Phillip represents the island of Haiti, and he is the Founder and Managing Attorney of PHP Law PLLC, a general practice law firm.
SHERBUNE PAUL, ESQ.

Sherbune represents the island of Haiti, and she is a Senior Associate at Russo& Gould, LLP practicing general liability defense.

Samone represents the island of Jamaica, and she is a Partner at Vecchione, Veccoine, & Cano, LLP
